I'm having trouble logging in. |
| We're sorry that you're experiencing trouble accessing myTENNIStracker. Some possible reasons for this are: Logging in with the wrong email address. Please check to make sure that you're logging in with
the email address that you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password you can recover it by clicking on the 'Forgot password?' link on the login
page. When you reset your password, an email will be sent to the address registered in your account. The email address that the password was sent to is your login email address. Cookies. If you
see an error message regarding cookies, please try the following: If you use a firewall or other third-party security software, try disabling it temporarily and then logging in. Try clearing the cache
and cookies in your browser. Try logging in with a different browser (if this works, there may be some security settings in the first browser that are preventing the site from working). Unsupported browser.
Please check that your browser is on our list of supported browsers. You may experience problems using MyTENNIStrackerwith an unsupported browser. For the best experience, we recommend using Firefox 2
or IE7. |

using Firefox 2, IE7, or Safari 3. A note regarding betas: We don't officially support beta or preview versions of browsers, as they can have bugs that aren't ironed out until the final version. We recommend
accessing myTENNIStracker with a final version of your browser of choice. Regardless of your browser type, you must have cookies and JavaScript enabled to use myTENNIStracker. |

I'm having trouble loading the site. |
| We're sorry that you're experiencing trouble accessing myTENNIStracker. Loading problems may occur if a setting in your browser, or in third-party software, conflicts with myTENNIStracker. To solve this
problem, first check that you are using a supported browser, then try clearing your browser's cache (details below). If the problem continues, it may be related to third-party software.
Various firewall, pop-up blocking and ad blocking software, and browser plug-ins can interfere with your use of myTENNIStracker. If you use such software, we suggest adding myTENNIStracker.com as an exception
to any ad blocking, script blocking, or pop-up blocking rules. If this doesn't help, we recommend disabling the software, clearing your cache, and logging in to myTENNIStrackeragain. |

How do I clear my cache? |
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 6:
Log out of your myTENNIStrackeraccount and close all other open browser windows. Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Internet Options'. Click the 'General' tab at the top of
the dialogue box. Click 'Delete Files' under 'Temporary Internet Files'. Select 'Delete all offline content' by checking the box. Click 'OK'.
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 7:
Log out of your myTENNIStrackeraccount and close all other open browser windows. Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Delete Browsing History...'. Click 'Delete Files' under 'Temporary Internet Files'.
Click 'Delete Cookies'. Click 'OK'.
To clear your cache in MozillaFirefox:
Log out of your myTENNIStrackeraccount and close all other open browser windows. Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Clear Private Data...' Select the 'Cookies' and 'Cache'
checkboxes. Click 'Clear Private Data Now'.
To clear your cache in Safari:
Log out of your myTENNIStrackeraccount and close all other open browser windows. Open the 'Safari' menu on your browser's toolbar. Select 'Empty Cache'. Click 'Empty' in the dialogue box. It may be necessary
to clear your cache more than once. |
